God's desire is to teach His children with understanding. Each day we awaken there is a lesson to be learned. I praise God for how He entreats us as a father. He is patient and kind. He wants us to understand His commandments, that we may walk worthy of the vocation wherewith we are called. (Ephesians 4:1)

One summer night at the campground myself, my husband, and our youngest daughter, Crystal, were holding hands as we walked to the vending machines. During our walk the Lord began to minister to me. He had me notice the darkness that surrounded us and how Crystal who was unaware of where we were going had the faith to trust us as her parents.

God said, "Just like this child, I want you to follow me. In your dark times when you don't know where I'm leading you, trust me." Wow! Isn't it marvelous how God teaches us even while we are recreating. I beseech you women of God to keep a spiritual ear that you may hear the voice of God during your dark times. When you can't trace God, trust Him.
